More Education

As we all know education plays an important part in life. As such, I’ve signed up for three more classes offered by Jimmy Flowers.
I’ll be taking Improv 101, Advanced Scene Study & Character Development, and Episodic Adventure.
I’ve always been interested in improv. I seem to have a talent for it, but I suppose we’ll see when it comes down to throwing my cards on the table. I’m excited for it.
I’m very excited for the Advanced Scene Study & Character Development class, I feel like those two areas need quite a bit of work, so yeah, I’ll be working them.
The Episodic Adventure class is not your standard class. I’m not sure what to expect of it, but I know it’ll be fun. The basic premise is that previous to the class start, Jimmy will talk with each of us, and based on those talks he will write a 1 hour pilot show. We will then work on our characters throughout the duration of the class, and film it at the end.
Currently the plan is to film it in-class with what resources we have available. Which is fine, but I secretly hope we are able to spruce it up a bit and make it something more.
